Handyman & Minor Repairs

The list on the fridge. Shelves, hardware, minor repairs, the door that sticks, the thing you've been meaning to get to since spring. One visit, one invoice, and no job too small to call about.

Camp Opening & Closing

Getting a lake house ready for the season and buttoned up before winter — water on and off, systems checked, dock in or out, and a walk-through of anything that needs attention while you're away.

Property Inspections & Security Checks

For owners who are gone six months or more at a time. Scheduled walk-throughs of the property while it sits empty — doors, windows and locks checked, signs of leaks, pests or break-ins looked for, and a look after major storms. Minor repairs handled on the spot, and a report sent to you after every visit.
